That is a loaded question, but we always take the time to match our customers with the experience they desire.

We offer a **full refund** if a reservation is cancelled 4 or more days prior to your scheduled rental.
We offer a **50% refund** if a reservation is cancelled at least 2 days prior to your scheduled rental.
We do not offer a refund the day before or the day of your scheduled rental.We prefer to reschedule, at no additional cost, if you’re able to and if we have the availability!
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (8am-6pm MST). If you email, text, or leave a voicemail outside of our business hours, it will be addressed the following day.
Our **only** exceptions for this is 1) a ***Severe Weather Advisory/Air-Quality Advisory*** for Park County and 2) for the Slingshots if it’s raingin. We do ***not*** offer refunds for light rain/muddy trails for the UTV’s.

We do not require you to make a reservation for a rental, but we do recommend them otherwise we are unable to guarantee availability. We do require payment in full upon reservation. Reservations of $500+ we require a 50% payment if not paying in full.

No, you drive right from our office to the trails.
We do not rent or provide trailers if you’re wanting to take the rental out of town.

It is recommended to wear closed-toe shoes and bring layers! The weather in Wyoming can change quickly so we always recommend a sweatshirt and coat for if the weather decides to turn.

Yes! We welcome pets, we just ask that you keep in mind that if the pet damages the seats, you will be held responsible for repairs/replacements.

Absolutely! Rentals can be picked up between 5:15 pm – 6:00 pm the evening before your rental or returned the next morning at 8:00 am! We do charge an additional $50 for an over-night option.

Good question. The state of Wyoming requires you to be at least 16 with a Driver’s License (not a driver’s permit). We require that an adult, age 25+, to remain in the vehicle at all times.
